automatic detection of subnet on which bt-auto-dumper is being run

Make it so that the caller of bt-auto-dumper doesn't need to pass in the subnet number or codename as the tool will automatically detect which subnet it's being run on.

This will essentially remove the necessity to provide any arguments at all.
