Remove no longer functional grid items in Motor_Motion and rebalance grids

There are a few items in Motor_Motion that can no longer display anything, but may still be holding together UI designs. Here's the relevant code (although it's in a different pull request at a specific commit, so make sure to branch off main when you fix this):

I approved #88 despite this minor issue because it's pretty inconsequential. However, it'll be good to fix for code clarity reasons and to avoid wasted space in the UI.
