idea

jenkins - allows us to run simple services via cmdline tools

combined with ansible, this is very powerful for easy orchestration of mini-libs/helpers

use cases

think about how someone would want to:

build app and produce artifact
re-run specific tests via jenkins
expose libs + cmdline tools via http
