Rename the swan-lake-macos-arm-x64.pkg installer to swan-lake-macos-arm64.pkg

Description:

In the Ballerina installers (https://ballerina.io/downloads/archived/#swan-lake-archived-versions), swan-lake-macos-arm-x64.pkg is confusing (and I think wrong) and it seems like it supports both ARM64 (AArch64) and X64 (x86-64). If it supports only ARM64 architecture, the installer should be renamed to swan-lake-macos-arm64.pkg.
