BBE Examples failure for 2201.7.x and 2201.10.x distribution branches

Description:
The Ubuntu build of the distribution is failing for 2201.7.x and 2201.10.x due to BBE test failures.

This has caused the daily build to fail and also the following PRs are blocked by this.
