i have got an error message when try to submit the edit in leave page #350

Hi everyone.

I have the error message described in the image below when I make an edit to leave a request then press submit the error page coming up.

the installation of jorani v1 is from the hosting repository and done automatically
also i received this whe

n delete the leave request
