A&R-> Can edit "Historical" records as a SysAdmin through Review Data page

When a SubArea of a park marked as "Historical" the option add new data or editing existing data is disabled from the "Enter Data" page.

If you are a SysAdmin, then there is a workaround to edit existing records through the "Review Data" page.

This scenario has to be run through the client and decided if this is needed to be fixed or not.

Sceanrio:

• Navigate to the A&R on TEST environment as a SysAdmin user
• Find a park with SubAreas marked as Historical. (Eg: Goldpan park)
• Navigate to the Review Data page and filter by the above selected park and sub area.
• Find a year where there is a variance record. (2023 August)
• Click on the option to review the variance -> Should navigate to the Enter data view of the record.
• Edit the record and save the changes.

Expected:

• The expected behaviour has to be confirmed from the client.

Issue:

• It is possible to edit historical records if there is a variance triggered in any month/year.
