The Android app, and probably the iOS version also, are using Crashlytics. This service will be shuttered shortly and we need to move away from it.

Remove Fabric / Crashlytics from the Android app;
Remove Fabric / Crashlytics from the iOS app.
Submit new version to the enterprise app store.
