Improve add data-cerberus action #1

Solution Excepted :
I clic on "add data-cerberus"

Add a prefield line in data-cerberus table with page, picture name, an auto-increment number and a data-cerberus proposal : area_{%page%}_name
can in same time add a rectangle in picture to fix object
auto-increment number is auto-defined in picture
Can move number who stay in border of rectangle
