dynamic_template_data getting ignored for individual personalization in SendGrid

As per the SendGrid send api specs, the dynamic_template_data is supported on individual items inside the personalizations array. However the SendGridAdapter seem to ignore the key from individual items while building the request object.

Support for this is needed to send a dynamic template with placeholders to multiple recipients via a single api call, as supported by the SendGrid apis. Any workarounds or fix for this or am I missing something here?
