Visual Studio 2022 "Reformat with CSharpier on Save" stopped working

Hey there. I was running into an issue where the extension wouldn't load in VS, so I updated VS to 17.7.3, the extension to 1.4.5 and the global tool to 0.25.0. This fixed the issue with the extension not loading, however formatting on save isn't working for me anymore.

If I explicitly use the "Reformat with CSharpier" command it works as expect, just doesn't do anything on save (including not putting anything in the Output window).

Any assistance would be most appreciated, thanks!
