I'm new to Typo3 and am currently familiarizing myself with Typo3 13. Does anyone here have a bootstrap_package as a Typo3 13 site package? Is there a template somewhere?

Hi. I managed to create a working site package for Typo13 with bootstrap package. I just have one question:
My theme.scss is compiled and stored under typo3temp. Unfortunately, no theme.css is created under resources/public/Css. After a long search, I found the following setting for phpscss and stored it in the setup.typoscript:

includeCSS {
theme = EXT:my_theme_bootstrap/Resources/Public/Scss/Theme/theme.scss
theme.outputfile = EXT:my_theme_bootstrap/Resources/Public/Css/theme.css
}

Unfortunately, that doesn't work. Do you have a tip?
