• cleaned up a lot of code related to launching the game

BetaCraft Launcher v1.09_13-pre1

This pre-release is for mass testing the mouse/cursor fixes for macOS users.
Changes:

• Classic, Indev after 0129 and Infdev should work on macOS now
• the default version for a new instance is now b1.7.3
• added some warnings when launching with missing libraries
• fixed the launcher not downloading the necessary servers for 12w18a and 12w19a
• corrected the padding on the login prompt
