[FR] Provide configuration files used to build provided firmware

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I cannot customize the firmware for my printer, because the "Configuration.h" and "Configuration_adv.h" files are not provided in the repository.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please provide the "Configuration.h" and "Configuration_adv.h" files used to compile the "firmware-bltouch.bin" in the "firmware/V2.0" directory.

Additional context
I believe it is in violation of the GPLv3 license of the Marlin firmware to not provide these files for each binary.
