Check in page takes too long to load #269

The check in page takes a significant time to load making it difficult to quickly check in multiple people. The latency could likely be optimized by better DB calls in the controller as cna be found here: https://github.com/bikebike/BikeBike/blob/master/app/controllers/conference_administration_controller.rb#L304-L342

Or we would change the UI so that the page does not need to be loaded multiple times.
