Possible to have the compiled .dll for download?

Would it be possible for you to have the actual compiled .dll for download? so that people can easily use it without having go through the many Windows settings to compile?

I'm not sure what you are asking.... are you asking if Github can do the compiling?

yes - github has an automated build service now - maybe it can compile a windows binary
