Feature Request: @biome/js-api add ACSII or Raw printer for diagnostics

Currently, the printDiagnostics method outputs HTML content. This is too limited for some scenarios.

For example, I am trying to integrate into webpack5

I hope the printDiagnostics method can output more formats, such as markdown/html/raw/acsii, etc.

Similar to eslint's formatter

I know I can customize the output format, but it would be great if this was built-in
