I see the following warning in the logs "WARNING: Empty API version & kind, filling it", what does it mean?

It seems that every time a new SealedSecret is added it will print the following on the sealed-secrets-controller logs

WARNING: Empty API version & kind, filling it...

update suppressed, no changes in sealed secret spec of flux-system/xxxx

what does it mean? both the SealedSecret and the actual Secret have a kind and apiVersion, they were created with

kubectl -n flux-system create secret generic xxxx \
--from-literal=bearerToken=$TOKEN \
--dry-run=client \
-o yaml > secret.yaml

kubeseal --format=yaml --cert=pub-sealed-secrets.pem < secret.yaml

So what Kind and apiVersion is that log message referring to?
