If the login item does not already have a password history, change the password, save the item, and re-open the login item.
Click on the password history link (number) to display the password history.
Click-and-drag across one of the passwords in the password history.
Expected Result
The password should be highlighted (selected), so that it can be copied. Only the selected password should be highlighted.
Actual Result
In Chrome, no part of the password is highlighted.
In Firefox, the password is highlighted, but every field label and every time stamp is also highlighted — it is not possible to highlight just the password.

Additional Context
This is essentially the same bug as Issue 11959, which was closed prematurely.
The inability to select passwords in the Web Vault password history is a problem, because it prevents a user from copying old passwords from the password history (since no copy buttons are provided).

Issue Tracking Info
I understand that work is tracked outside of Github. A PR will be linked to this issue should one be opened to address it, but Bitwarden doesn't use fields like "assigned", "milestone", or "project" to track progress.

Thank you for your report. I see what you mean and was able to reproduce this; This has been flagged to the Engineering department. Please feel free to post additional information, such as screenshots or a screen video recordings, if you wish.
As a side note, double-clicking on the old password from the Web App in Chrome does allow you to highlight it and copy it to the clipboard.
@SergeantConfused Thank you. I was able to find the double-click workaround earlier. However, in Firefox, the double-click method does not work unless one uses a very peculiar technique: immediately after the second click of the double-click action, move the mouse rapidly to the left. Double-click with a stationary mouse does not work in Firefox.
