Long-term Statistics support

Frigate HA sensors (CPU, GPU, temp, fps...) do not allow to use HA Long-term Statistics

Please add support for this
https://developers.home-assistant.io/docs/core/entity/sensor/#long-term-statistics
Sensors just have to include state_class and device_class

Describe alternatives you've considered
User can template every sensor as a workaround, but why not to fix this at the core.
