Cameras not found with http://ccab4aaf-frigate:5000 but found with http://IP:5000?

Sorry to open a new related discussion for this, but I closed the other. Anyway, I got the add-on installed so now the url works BUT, it's only finding two things when I use it:

I'm probably doing something stupid again - but can you point me in the right direction where I'm going wrong here?

Okay, just to make sure I'm understanding correctly - because now I'm starting to get confused about the difference between running Frigate inside HAOS (which I don't want to do, I have an external instance I want to use - but integrate into Home Assistant), I need the Add-On installed to use the integration, right? Because I'm not seeing the integration unless I add the add-on first. Am I screwing something up here by installing the Add-On (does that run Frigate as an instance within HAOS?)?

no, not if you have frigate installed externally

all you need to use the integration is an instance of frigate running somewhere, that could be in the addon or on some other device

Well crap, I think I understand now. I was confusing the Add-On with the HACS Integration, so I thought I should be using http://ccab4aaf-frigate:5000, but I should be using http://frigate:5000 😳
