[Bug]: Frigate UI config editor reports no access to file, then deletes entire config

• I have tried reproducing the issue in incognito mode to rule out problems with any third party extensions or plugins I have installed.

Describe the problem you are having

When using the UI's config editor, I am encountering this error upon clicking "Save Only". Then after that, the config.yml file becomes empty. Within a few minutes, the Frigate UI no longer loads a config file in the editor (just the spinning circle). Upon restart, Frigate then reports all kinds of errors about not finding proper config.

Luckily I make regular backups of the config, so no harm done on my end.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Settings -> Configuration Editor
2. Make changes, or don't
3. Click "Save Only"
4. See error
5. Find your config.yml file and note that it is now empty

I suppose I should note that nothing has changed with permissions and this began when I pulled 35a4460.

You should check your config file, it is probably empty. I am putting up a PR to fix this bug now

Yep, it was. I restored a backup config and then tried it a few more times to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Thanks for fixing so quickly! I'll wait for the merge :)
