Can we use file-loader for server side stuff?

I posted a similar issue before.

Then, I found a way to use url-loader for importing custom fonts.
However, I notice building is failed with HookWebpackError: Maximum call stack size exceeded.
It would come from what a font file is too large.

So, does know the way that file-loader works on RPC(query/mutation)?
