Migration History

We should store the migration history of any given account, which would be private by default.

Making it private is important since this information is only useful internally to solve any possible bugs caused by the system (e.g. A migration was stopped due to a server failure).

It can be shown publicly at the users' discretion, but that would require some further considerations like adding the option for certain entries to be redacted/deleted.

The main reasoning for making histories public to be opt-in is for not accidentally dead-naming trans folk that transition while playing on the server.

This information would also need to be notified to all servers, and be persistent so if the API goes down servers can still migrate the information since each server would store player data and advancement information and that needs to be transfered between accounts.
