A zone is all nodes within an octree that share the same metadata. This metatada is planned to be a cardinal component source so other mods can easily extend and add their own data to each zone, if they so desire to do so.

It is very likely that zone metadata for now consists of just an UUID, which is reffered to by each OctNode.
