## Background reporting ##

**1. Using _Aperte Reports order browser_ portlet view previously generated reports.**

The list includes only reports generated in the background, including reports running in a cycle. Refreshing a report in the _Aperte Reports Dashboard_ portlet or download using _Aperte Reports Invoker_ does not create a new entry.

**2. Use filters to search reports by report name or time interval.**

**3. Preview report parameters by clicking _Parameters_ link.**

**4. Generate again by clicking _Run again_ link.**

**5. Download generated report click on the link representing selected format.**

**6. If your recently created report is not listed use _Refresh_ button to reload data from database.**
