Like the other cryptocurrencies, we also need to support memo, the transaction maker can leave a message.

Bitcoin supports a memo in a transaction, there is no district max length.
Stellar also support a memo in operation(https://www.stellar.org/developers/guides/concepts/transactions.html#memo)
