Two more issues need fix later

I came across two issues, which cannot be fixed now, need to go back when the depth&time information was combined with the main srdb data.

1. Some studies using different chamber sizes for different sites.
2. Some studies (very few, though) measure Rs at different time periods in winter and the rest season.
3. Standardize the Manipulation column?
4. Standardize the Vegetation_type column?
5. Rh and Ra response to temperature and moisture columns information.
6. MGRsD and HGRsD updating.

I marked those studies so we can go back later.

• 792 two chamber size and insert depth
• 1364 two chamber size
• 3074 Ant mound has different collar size and insert depth
• 3179, chamber size and differ at winter and other seasons
• 3211 two chamber sizes
• 3619 two chamber sizes
• 3715 two chamber sizes
• 3796, 2002-2003 chamber size is 5050, 2004 chamber size is 7030
• 3859, 2005 chamber size is 10 cm diameter, other year's is 20 cm)
• 3885 have auto chamber and manual chamber
• 4564 multiple collar size and insert depth
• 5162 has two chamber size
• 7927, collar height = 10, and insert depth = 10 as well
