add metadata to stats output

Following #70, it would be good to have metadata attributes appended to stats results, as in climpred. I think this could be written cleanly with a wrapper that applies a set of attributes just before returning the xarray object (e.g. package name, documentation link, date, function name) and can take in arguments for additional attributes specific to that function.
