* Changes in v0.2.1

** The build process for bscc is now much more reliable (again).

* Changes in v0.2.0

** We now statically link the .exe files we generate against libvbstd.
   This makes it easier to run these .exe files.

* Changes in v0.1.2

** Invalid programs are now explicitly rejected.  For example we now
   enforce that there is a Sub Main.

* Changes in v0.1.1

** The build process for bscc is now much more reliable.

* Changes since the beginning of time

** A Hello World program, using the MsgBox function, compiles and runs
   successfully.
