Restore Dashboard Functionality

I see where you have code to backup the dashboards.
How do you currently rollback to a previous version of dashboard / config.

Do you already have that coded?
If not should I attempt to code it and contrib to this repo?

When I wrote this the DataDog functionality for PUTting a dashboard was always additive. It wouldn't replace an existing dashboard but would add another. For offline edits I was making the JSON changes and using the dashboard PUT but had to remove the prior version manually and change URLs. I don't know if this has changed since then (hopefully yes).

Once the DD API can truly replace a dashboard it might be nice to add here.
