[FR] Add a feature to mark lines of page as vim marks

It is more useful and needed than marking pages and URLs, something like this Scrroll In - Chrome Web Store but more vim like. Zathura also is very good at this for PDF files but its marks are temporary.

Thanks for this great plugin. Also the ideal keys for binding with I am not sure about as mx and 'xare already used. If you can move them to another keybinding would be even better.
