Context

The customized settings aren't load on subframes on sites. Easy way to confirm this is to change Surfingkeys' theme and test on a site with frames like this: https://ui.vision/demo/webtest/frames/frame_5.html

It works fine up until 1.16.1 compiled with manifest V2.
