v3.2.1: Project Organization and New Demo Task

Version 3.2 is meant to reorganize the code in a way that more clearly delineates the separation of Honeycomb's deployments, the React application, and the JsPsych task. Most users will only have to edit the JsPsych task and the reorganization should greatly simplify that process. A new CLI script has also been added.

• The starting task deployed by Honeycomb is the reaction time task from the JsPsych Tutorial
• Adds a new CLI script for downloading and deleting data. Check out this post for bringing it into older versions of the app!
• Adds utility functions for generating markup
• Moves the React application to its own subfolder
• Brings all dependencies up to date (still using React 16)
• Uses winget for installing packages/dependencies on Windows
• The studyID and participantID are now passed to the buildTimeline function
