Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Mods or broadcasters like to add new emotes to the channel, while the stream is live. 7TV keeps a ws connection open to inform the client about these updates. In a previous issue we ruled this out (reminder to myself: link the issue here).

Describe the solution you'd like

A button, maybe in the stream settings, that allows for a manual update of all emotes global and channel-wide.

This was proposed by a member of the bttv-android discord
