Busy is showing different payout than steemit, steemnow etc. #2203

Expected behavior

Potential payout for the post on busy should match the value in steemit and other frontends.

Actual behavior

Potential payout for the post on busy is different from the value in steemit and other frontends.

How to reproduce

  1. Login in busy platform and create a post with no beneficiaries and 50-50 steem/sbd split.
  2. Make sure that you have received some votes on the post. You can also see this behavior on some other of your OWN posts that are not yet paid out.
  3. Check the value of votes on steemit and other frontends and compare it to value on busy.
  4. Busy is showing a lower value. Almost by 10%.Also notice that this value is same for others posts in your feed.
