How to remove 2FA from self hosted

The typical, I changed my phone, all my 2FA went to whack happened. I need to turn off 2FA in my Cal.mydomain.com site so I can reset it and set it up again...

I searched the discussions but I could not find an answer to my issue, which is weird.
