Add deploy folder to excluded folder in vs code settings #27

ya, have had that happen... super annoying. Currently we don't copy over anything for settings.json. Probably some other stuff that should be in there. Will need to do a merge with existing file as this is something that will be unique for every user. Would be nice if there was a way to have a project settings that you could check in, and one that you could keep out of source control |

As i've started to use git:package more I'm always accidentally editing the file in the deploy directory not the one in the sfdx package directory.
