The AST is compatible with our reprinter and is used plenty over in CamFort. Perhaps we could throw some AST-focused tests in here? (Or more likely in fortran-src-extras, since the reprinter isn't a dependency here.)

#217 is a boring refactor which during a discussion was noted to have potentially fixed a reprinting bug for certain constructors. It would be good to test reprinting on these larger/block constructs.

Part of this work is to try reconciling CamFort's reprinter with the main library one. I had some old work on that, I'll look into it again when I'm on this.
