Update Java and use GraalVm

Hi @nevries,
I wanted to check with you whether it is ok to update the Java version (>14 ) and use GraalVM instead of Nashorn as JS engine.
Or are you aware of any possible complications, especially when it comes to the deployment of the showroom?

Hi @Hafflgav , I'm pretty much open to this, but currently it is not our focus. Feel free to start an investigation, you would need to set up the showroom environment locally (there is a docker-compose.dev.yml in the showroom repository you can easily use for that) and check if it still works ;)

I will then take a look at it over the next bank holiday in Germany. :)
In case I need some advice I will slack you. - But I am quite sure that this is straight forward.
