[mac] Honor prefered system-wide text size setting in GUI #3815

If a user has a custom text size preference on macOS, the Multipass GUI should honor it.

To change the text size, go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Display -> Text size.

When we support changing the font size in the terminal, that should take precedence, but this could still be used to derive the default.
