THIS MAY GO AWAY DURING IMPLEMENTATION OF #167 SO WAIT ON THAT

In the versioned bucket add_object method, we get some extraneous info in the resource name. The stack and swimlane are repeated after the vbckt portion, e.g.: ccd-pvsl-sa-dap-ui-vbkt-ccd-pvsl-dap-ui-0.

Since resource names have a small max length, we need to remove that.
