Let users submit their own tips via the site itself

The current contribution model is too much trouble for most people. We've had only a little contributions through the repo so far. They're great, and I'm really happy that people did them. But I know a lot more people have things to share out there, judging by how much of this info gets shared on twitter all the time.

So having something simple, on the site or via twitter, or something, for people to submit new tips, would be great.
