Follow on to carbon-design-system/carbon-for-ibm-dotcom#9919

Now that lead space design specs are updated, we need added info on the guidance website. We should include:

  1. Information on the safe areas of the lead space
  2. More info on asset creation (including images and where to go for kaltura video info)

Guidance is in the specs, let's add a note in the website that you can find the guidance in Figma rather than creating new content.
