Good results with CaribouLite running the Raspberry Pi OS (Legacy - bullseye) Lite 64-bits on a RPi4B- 8GB. I followed the latest instructions listed on https://github.com/cariboulabs/cariboulite without problems. The only sudo instruction was used to modify the boot/config.txt file. The best results was with CubicSDR for Windows (I/Q swamped), 1M samples. For unknown reasons, I had to connect the SoapySDRServer / RPi via WiFi and the remote CubicSDR PC was connected to the network via a copper connection. Strangly, I observed a very choppy reception if I use a copper connection on the RPi which seems to indicate a data flow issue...
