Remove language files in favor of translate.wordpress.org #9

As this plugin is hosted on wordpress.org, the existing language files should be moved to translate.wordpress.org and the functions required to load .mo files should be removed.

I don't really know how to migrate to this. Have you done this before?

I haven’t done it myself, but the process looks like you have to reach the translation team as describe here: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/plugin-theme-authors-guide/pte-request/#plugin-theme-author-translation-review-pte-request

They will import the .mo files.
