What are your thoughts on including NeoComplete?

I used NeoComplete before and considering switching back, I am OK including it as long as it does not have external dependencies (Python/Ruby etc). Janus is quite big today and I am trying to keep the size as is until I have time for #512. Feel free to send a PR in the meantime.
