Official repository for BRAIN, a neurosurgical navigational toolkit developed by Charles Shin.
Project idea was conceived during his study at Seoul National University-Bundang Hospital.
Archives are not uploaded due to limited memory space.
The code is recommended to be operated in conda environment with pip/pip3 installed (usually by default).
Python is recommended to be 3.9.1 or above so as to make sure the packages are workable.
Code has been runned by Colab.
