Issue with 2.2.x site, product_online not respected.

Hi,

It seems the product_online field isn't respected. Previously disabled products aren't re-enabled when their product_online value is 1.

I think it works correctly for new products but this might be just that they're enabled by default regardless of product_online value.

I think this is related to the latest updates (magento or plugins I'm not sure) but I don't think this used to happen. It's hard to know for sure, it's not my dataset and I'm not that familiar with the day to day changes.
