Hello,
1 - The original dataset (csv) has been divided into 5 parts. If it's not detected automatically, please upload these files in Power BI.
2 - To access the transformation files, you need to install Pentaho Data Integration (PDI). In the INPUT folder, you'll find the source file and DDL. In the TRANSFORMATION folder, there are the ktr files generated by PDI, and in OUTPUT, you'll find the CSV files that can be directly fed into Power BI.
3 - To make it closer to reality, I've created a JSON template with Airbnb colors. If it's not detected, go to View > Themes > Open theme from file, then select the file inside the folder called "theme_airbnb."
4 - There's also a chart to be added along with all the other files. In the Visualization Options, click "..." and select "Import a visual from a file." Then, upload the "BowtieChart.1.3.0" file.
Note: The version of Power BI in which this file was created is 2.82.5858.641 64-bit (June 2020). And it was developed entirely in English (United States).

1 - O dataset original (csv) foi dividido em 5 partes, caso não detecte automaticamente, por gentileza realizar o upload destes arquivos no power bi.
2 - Para acessar os arquivos de transformação, necessário instalar Pentaho Data Integration (PDI). Na pasta INPUT está o arquivo fonte e as DDL, TRANSFORMACAO os arquivos ktr gerados pelo PDI e em OUTPUT os arquivos CSV que podem ser diretamente alimentados ao Power BI.
3 - Para tornar mais proximo da realidade criei um Template JSON com as cores do AIRBNB, se não detectar, vá em Exibição/ View > Temas/Themes > Abrir tema de repositório / Browse for themes, selecione o arquivo que está dentro da pasta chamado "tema_airbnb"
4 - Há um gráfico também para ser adicionado está junto com todos os outros arquivos, Opção de Visualização clicar "..." e selecionar a opção "Import a visual from a file", desta forma faça uploado do arquivo "BowtieChart.1.3.0"
Obs: A versão do Power BI em qual foi criado este arquivo é 2.82.5858.641 64-bit (junho de 2020). E foi todo desenvolvido no idioma Inglês ( Estados Unidos).
